The history of the Bojer company began in 1953 as a small craft and service business in the municipality of Osterbrock between the town of Lingen (Ems) and the town of Meppen under the management of Josef Bojer senior.

After moving to the municipality of Wietmarschen, Josef Bojer senior found the location in Lingen Laxten. The wood workshop was moved to the Lingen district of Clusorth-Bramhar in the 1980s. After the death of Josef Bojer senior, his son Josef Bojer junior took over the fortunes of the company, which over the years has grown into a medium-sized, family-run business dealing exclusively with windows and front doors. In December 2011, Mr Tholen took over the management of the company together with Josef Bojer.
Thanks to our new plastics production facility and the administration and exhibition building, we are ideally positioned for the future. State-of-the-art technologies meet years of traditional craftsmanship at our site. A milestone that we are particularly proud of.
